Alicia Ortiz
15 years of management consulting, two communications degrees, and hundreds of hours of facilitation training later, Alicia (AO) helps overachievers get back to basics with personal organization, rapport-based leadership, and daily yoga practice as hygiene for better well-being.

If you are like me, your dreams are bigger than your fears. Self-study is a practice in bravery and compassionate self-care. Combining yoga and neuroscience I teach my students skills, tools, and vocabulary to shape intentional neural pathways.
Neural pathways are the connections between neurons (nerve cells) that form the foundation of how we think, feel, and act. These circuits are the basis for our sensations, movements, thoughts, memories, and feelings.
To tune the nervous system is to adopt wellness as a lifestyle.
